The Matt Rae Trio is a guitar driven surf-country-jazz-blues-funk melting pot of a band whose music can best be described as "Country Soul Music." Their infectious blend of instrumental, pop-guitar standards, as well as their exploratory original pieces keep audiences riveted during all of their performances. Their latest CD entited "TWANG!" has been receiving rave reviews from several national as well as international guitar magazines such as: 20th Century Guitar, Pipeline, and London's New Gandy Dancer. The Matt Rae Trios regular performances at Cherry Street East in New Canaan, as well as being featured artists at the SONO Arts Festival in South Norwalk have generated a growing buzz throughout the areas musical community.

Matt Rae - GUITAR
Matt has held the second guitarist seat in the Arlen Roth band for the last four years while at the same time keeping busy with his solo recording effort "Twang!" He has appeared on stage with Debbie Davies, Moose, and Johnny A. He has recorded  and shared the stage with Commander Cody, Levon Helm and Redd Volkaert.

Stuart Stahr - DRUMS
Stuart has played with such major acts as New Riders of the Purple Sage, Duke Robillard, Sue Foley, Debbie Davies, as well as being featured on the motion picture sound track "You Can Count on Me"

Mark Bridgman - BASS
Mark has well over twenty five years playing experience as a bassist, lending his talents to numerous regional acts as well as his movie soundtrack contributions on such cult classics as "Sudden Death" and "Superfly 1990".
